I am a Naturopath and Herbalist, who specialises in the health connection between thoughts & emotions and how they set the pace for our overall health patterns.
I have been supporting clients through their heath journeys since 1997 and have supported a wide variety of people from all walks of life in attaining improved outcomes.

Using finger diagnosis and the body map, an empowering insight can help people achieve heath goals quicker.
It can be a slightly harder road to take, but I have noticed eventually most medicines wear off and are not as effective over time without some inner insight.

Where needed I prescribe herbal medicine to support and balance the body's natural processes.
Modern herbal medicine uses both scientific research and traditional knowledge to work out the best fit for the client.
Sometimes a single stand-alone herb already available in stores may suffice, but as people can have more than one underlying cause, an individualised herbal mixture may be required.
Useful in both acute and long term health issues, liquid herbal medicine is mixed to suit the person and needs to be dispensed by a qualified natural health practitioner.
Having worked for a number of nutritional supplement companies, I can assess what a client really needs as a opposed to what the supplement companies say you need.

My experience has shown one of the greatest challenges to health is the food we shove in our mouths. The gut and its friendly bacteria set the pace for the overall health of the body.
I have often advocated removing all the heavy, allergen suspect foods out of the diet while addressing any health concerns.
